Solar photovoltaic modules are manufactured from crystalline silicon materials and provide the most important part of the solar energy system, therefore there are strict requirements for its performance. In general, the manufacturing process for solar photovoltaic modules should be carried out in the following ways.

Finally, solar PV modules go through processes such as packaging, anti-static testing and selection of high quality circuit boards to ensure that each solar PV module has abnormal static suppression, good heat shrinkage withstanding voltage strength and a compact and attractive appearance. After these complex processes of manufacturing solar PV modules, they are able to meet the requirements of the users, thus achieving high quality and high efficiency solar power generation.
