1984, Yangzhong Chemical Instrument Factory (the predecessor of Sun Group) was established in Yangzhong City, Jiangsu Province, to produce instrument pipes and valves.

1990

1990, Zhenjiang Dianyi Equipment Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the group, was established, mainly engaged in the production and processing of Cable Tray and Electrical Switchgear.

1992

1992, Jiangsu Sun Group Co., Ltd. was formally established and operated.

1995

1995, Zhenjiang Electric Instrument Equipment Co., Ltd. increased the production of switch cabinets on the basis of the original products.

2007

2007: Establishment of Jiangsu Sun Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary

2008

2008, the supply of photovoltaic ribbon products was in short supply, and the group newly developed nearly 50 customers

2009

2009, Zhengneng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., was established, focusing on the research, development and production of Conductive Silver Pastes and other Chemical Abrasives.

2012, Jiangsu Sun New Material Technology Co., Ltd. independently developed a new type of photovoltaic bracket.

2015, Jiangsu Sun Energy Engineering Co., Ltd. was established to set foot in the construction and development of larger scale Solar and ESS Storage O&M Projects.

2015

2015, GEP-Solar Manufacturing Ltd. was established, which is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of solar Higher Efficiency Solar Cells and PV Modules.

2016

Jiangsu Sun Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully listed on the New Third Board, stock code: 835967.

2022

GEP New Energy (Vietnam) is established specializing in Development of 182 and 210 Module Manufacturing.
